We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The mountain view from our Deluxe Mountain View room was absolutely breathtaking, making mornings special. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and my kids loved the friendly staff, especially Miss Julie, who entertained my 4-year-old son.
My wife says that it would be great to have more play areas for kids.

The Grand Mountain View room we stayed in was spacious, providing a perfect retreat after our excursions. We received outstanding service from the staff, and on our last night, we were pleasantly surprised with a delightful cake and decorations for our birthdays. Enjoying the breathtaking mountain view from our balcony each morning made the experience even more special, definitely a highlight of our stay.
The spa services took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious, had a balcony, and had a spectacular view. Features included a minibar, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. The spa was excellent, offering massages and a hot tub. Really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Julie and Phuc were super helpful and made everything easy for our trip.
